報考資格：須通過五級以上樂理或實用音樂素養

(Pass the Grade 5 Music Theory)

音階與琶音: 要背譜   要求 音域 音階(Scale) 所有的調性, 大調 和 小調 圓滑奏, 雙手 和 分手 四個八度 (旋律 或 和聲 小調由考官指定)     斷奏音階(Staccto)   第一組: A, 降E大調 第二組: E, 降B大調 分手 四個八度   反向音階   第一組: A, 降E大調 和 和聲小調 第二組: E, 降B大調 和 和聲小調 圓滑奏, 從主音開始 (同音) 二個八度   三度斷奏(3rd Apart)   C大調 分手 二個八度   半音階(Chromatic Scale)   開始的音由考官決定 圓滑奏, 雙手 和 分手 四個八度   反向半音階   從升A (L. 視奏(sight-reading): a piece of around twelve to sixteen bars in length, time signatures as Grade 5, with the addition of ,  and , keys up to four sharps/flats (major and minor). Triplet rhythms, sime clef changes and sparing use of the right pedal may be encountered.
